How to update map on iOS and Android? You device must has internet connection. Start up application on your device, select Menu -> Map -> Map management -> Download Maps. Waiting your device downloaded new map. You can check status of download by select Menu -> Map -> Map management ->Download Status.
After finish downloaded new map then you must reactivate new map licencens. Select Menu -> Map -> Map management ->Maps Licences -> get.
Wait until new map licence downloaded. Select closed. Select Menu -> Map -> Atlas -> select Cambodia (4.4) and select load.
Is shipping available? Yes, shipping is available WORLDWIDE from Smarter Solutions, however please contact us to request for shipping costs to your country. Orders taken online and marked for delivery in Cambodia are posted for free.
How can I pay? The current payment options available online are credit card and Paypal. You can pay through Paypal's secure website via your own Paypal account or credit card.
How do I obtain my Apple device ID? Load up the Cityguide Trial version on your Apple device and click the following buttons: Menu => Map => Info => License Number. You will see displayed the license key e.g. FKHM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
How does an Online order work? Simply by becoming a member of Smarter Solutions you will then have access to purchase SmartMap™ from the Products Page. You will then be requested to fill an Online Order form and agree to the terms and conditions of ordering online. It is important you enter in the correct GPS ID as any incorrect entries may result with an invalid map. Once you have completed your Online Order form you will then be requested to proceed with payment via Paypal. You will then receive in the next two working days download details, subscription access and support for SmartMap.
Note: SmartMap™ can only be linked with one GPS device and is not transferable between other GPS devices.

How long does Shipping take? Once your Online order and payment has been validated, Shipping usually takes from 3 to 5 business working days however can take up to 10 days in some circumstances. It is recommended you choose the download option as the map is quickly available and cheaper via this method.

What if I want to order more then one copy of SmartMap™? Continue with the Online Order form and place the GPS unit ID of one of your devices in the form and mention in the Additional Comments section that you wish to order a certain quantity. Continue to the check out and in the Paypal section change the quantity of the order from 1 to your desired amount. We will then respond with a special Order form for you to fill in to ensure accurate data is collected from all your GPS devices that your purchased SmartMap™ for.
How often is SmartMap™ updated? A schedule has been planned to complete specific updates. We endeavor to bring to up bug fixes and Map updates every 3 to 6 months.
Is SmartMap™ routable on all Garmin GPS devices? SmartMap™ provides full routing on most Garmin GPS devices for road navigation. They have been tested on the Nuvi and StreetPilot series, the Zumo, the eTrex, GPSMAP60 and GPSMAP76 handhelds, as well as the iQue and GPS10. Old versions of the StreetPilot (such as StreetPilot Color) do not permit loading of custom maps. Is SmartMap™ is available for my Car's GPS Navigation System? Currently this is not available, however Smarter Solutions is in the Research & Development phase for these products.
Can SmartMap™ work with my Water or Air GPS Garmin devices? No, this is not available with those specific GPS products.
Do these maps provide full searching capability on the GPS devices? Yes. With any version of SmartMap™, it provides full searching ("Find") capability for POIs (Points of Interest), roads and addresses in accordance with Garmin standards. We have currently a rapdily growing list of 30,000 points of interest throughout Cambodia.
Is SmartMap™ compatible with all Garmin units [for example, the 60, eTrex, or Nuvi series]? Yes. They have been specifically tested on the 60 and 70 series, the eTrex Legend and Vista, the iQue3600, and Nuvi 200, 300, 600 and 700 series. We understand there may be some problems with early StreetPilot models, but have been unable to test them.
